Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.
  • This home has a doorbell style security camera at the front door; it does not point into the home or on decks.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • No events allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • This home is dog friendly for mature, well-trained dogs only. Pet fee is $50/nt per pet. (Maximum pets allowed: 99)
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals, please visit: offroadadventuresnc.com.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.).

Fees and Payments

  • Pet fee is $50/nt per pet.
  • Firewood for the outdoor fireplace may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests, however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the amenities.

Parking Information

  • Free parking is available at the property. The home has ample parking and a Grizzl-E Classic Level 2 EV charger for electric vehicles.

  • High-speed internet is available; some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • While enjoying your stay at Livin' Lodge, you have access to most amenities inside Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include:
    • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store (2 minutes from the home)
    • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsman's Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
    • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disc Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
    • Vineyard: Food and wine served
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p. All visitors at the winery must be 16 years or older. This policy is strictly enforced.

  • This home has a doorbell style security camera at the front door; it does not point into the home or on decks.

  • The home is equipped with a smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector.
  • All new in late 2024, a whole-house generator provides backup power.
  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November–March. Chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.

Additional Critical Details

  • Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
